The mission of Cabarrus County Partnership for Children (Partnership) is to connect Purpose, People, and Programs for Ensure Child Well Being.   The Partnership provides programs in early childhood education, health, and family support and education for children 0 – 5 years old.

Early Education & NC Pre-Kindergarten

Dolly Parton Imagination Library

Dolly Parton Imagination Library is a free book delivered monthly to your child’s home address from birth up to age 5.   If you are interested in enrolling your child, please go to www.cabarruspartnership.org and click to register for Dolly Parton Imagination library and your child will receive a free book each month until they are 5 years of age.  Any questions, please call 704-933-8278

Parents As Teachers

Celebrating Families!

M.O.D.E.L.S.

M.O.D.E.L.S. is a support group for pregnant and/or parenting teens held in the community.  Meetings provide these parents with an opportunity to learn all about parenting, share ideas, celebrate accomplishments, and address the challenges surrounding parenting.   If interested, please contact LaShonda Houston at 704-978-TEEN.

Empowering & Supporting Mothers in Recovery

Empowering & Supporting Mothers in Recovery is a parenting support group for mothers and soon to be mothers who desire to live free from substance use.  5 years of recovery or 5 minutes of recovery – All are welcome.   Groups are held every other Tuesday from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. at the CDSA Office in Concord, NC.   For more information, please call Geneva at 704-467-1100.
