Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

If you have a child who will be four-years old on or before August 31^st 2025 and the family gross income is at or below 75% of the State median Income, you may be eligible for the North Carolina Pre-K program in Cabarrus County. Certain military families are also eligible without regard to income.
