Services: Case Management/Care Coordination, Crisis Intervention Program, CIP,  Financial , Low Income Energy Assistance Program, Day Care Assistance, Cabarrus County Transportation provides Transportation for eligible citizens , Parent Education and Information At Risk Case Management Family Preservation Program CAP/DA and CAP/CHOICE - Programs for Disabled Adults starting at age 18. Food Stamps Transportation Assistance Healthcheck Medicaid/Healthchoice (Free or low-cost insurance for children and teens under 19 years old; up to 21 in some cases),  CCP - Community Care Plan is an insurance plan for the uninsured.
