Long-Range District Realignment Community Engagement Meetings
As part of the community engagement process for Cabarrus County Schools’ boundary study, Cooperative Strategies will be facilitating four (4) community engagement meetings at multiple sites across the district in the month of November. Members of the community are invited to attend the community engagement meeting that works best for their schedule. During these meetings, the district's consultant, Cooperative Strategies, will provide information about the process, review data and information relevant to the boundary study, and present potential boundary options.
Following the meetings, parents, community members and other district stakeholders are encouraged to provide input and feedback about the potential boundary options. This feedback will be shared with the Board of Education and a decision regarding realignment is planned for the Board meeting in February 2024.

Concord High School Auditorium – 5 P.M.

Wednesday, November 29th
Cox Mill High School Auditorium – 5 P.M.

Meeting format:
Options will be presented to the community at large for feedback.
Realignment process, background data, information and options will be presented to the community in a forum setting.
Map stations will be set up in a common area following the presentation for community members to review.
Survey QR Codes will be provided for each option to gather input and feedback.
For community members who are unable to attend in person, an online presentation and survey will be available.
